Labels are colored, named tags you attach to reports to group them your own way: by campaign, client, quarter, or owner. You create the labels, assign as many as you like to a report, and filter the list down to the ones that carry a given label. This page covers all of it.
Create a label
Section titled “Create a label”You create labels from the same Labels dialog you use to assign them:
- In the report list, hover a report and select Assign label, or select Assign label in the toolbar of an open report.
- In the Labels dialog, select Add label.
- Give it a name and pick a color. The color shows as a colored dot on the report’s labels.
- Save. The label is created and ready to assign.
Assign labels to a report
Section titled “Assign labels to a report”- In the report list, hover the report and select Assign label, or select Assign label in the toolbar of an open report.
- In the Labels dialog, search for a label and select it to switch it on. Switch on as many as apply; a report can carry more than one.
- To make a new label here, select Add label and give it a name and color.
- Select Apply. The labels appear as colored chips on the report.
Filter reports by label
Section titled “Filter reports by label”- In the report list, open the Labels filter.
- Select one or more labels. The list narrows to the reports that carry all of the ones you selected.
- Clear the selection to see every report again.
Edit or remove a label
Section titled “Edit or remove a label”- In the Labels filter, open the menu next to the label.
- Select Edit to rename it or change its color, then save. The change applies everywhere the label is used.
- Select Delete to remove it, and confirm when asked. Removing a label takes it off every report that carried it, but the reports themselves are untouched.
