What Insights is, the two ways to use it, and the consent required before these AI-powered features run
Insights turns your workspace data into answers. Powered by AI, it works from the same metrics, dimensions, and datasets your dashboards use, and responds to plain-language questions the way a colleague would, with written analysis and live charts.
You can ask it to:
- Break down and compare campaign performance across any dimension.
- Spot trends and unusual movements over time.
- Rank your best and worst campaigns for a metric.
- Summarize what happened over a period.
Insights is off until you turn it on. Because it processes your workspace data with AI, you opt in first: the first time you open it, you’re asked to consent to your data being processed by our AI assistant. Select Enable AI Insights to agree. No AI-powered feature runs before you do, and the same consent covers both the chat and scheduled insights.
