MCP server

Connect Claude, ChatGPT or another AI client to a SEINō workspace and ask it about your email-marketing results

The SEINō MCP server lets an AI client, an AI app you already use such as Claude or ChatGPT, answer questions about your email-marketing results. The AI client reads the same datasets, metrics and target plans your dashboards use, from one workspace you pick when you connect. It can read your data but never change it.

Setup takes a few minutes: add SEINō to your AI client, sign in to SEINō and pick a workspace. The steps below cover each AI client.

To use one workspace, connect your AI client to this address:

https://mcp.seino.ai/

When you add the address, the AI client opens a Connect to SEINō page in your browser. Sign in to SEINō if it asks you to, then:

  1. Under Workspace, choose the workspace the AI client may read. A connection has access to this one workspace only.
  2. Check that the name and website on the page belong to the AI client you’re connecting.
  3. Select Allow access.

The browser sends you back to the AI client, and the connection is ready.

A connection to the SEINō MCP server has access to one workspace. To use another workspace, add SEINō to the AI client again, and add a query parameter to the address, such as the name of the workspace:

https://mcp.seino.ai/?workspace=acme

The parameter gives each connection its own address, so the AI client keeps them apart. SEINō ignores its value: you still pick the workspace on the Connect to SEINō page. Use a different value for each workspace you connect.

Free, Pro, Max

From Customize > Connectors, add SEINō as a custom connector.

Team, Enterprise

An Owner adds SEINō under Organization settings > Connectors. Members then connect it from Customize > Connectors.

Pro

Turn on developer mode, then add SEINō as an app from Settings > Apps > Create.

Business, Enterprise, Edu

An admin turns on developer mode first. Then add SEINō the same way as on Pro.

Other AI clients can connect when they support remote MCP servers. Give the AI client the address https://mcp.seino.ai/ and sign in when it opens the Connect to SEINō page.

The AI client must identify itself with a published identity, known in the MCP standard as a client ID metadata document. An AI client that can only register itself automatically (dynamic client registration) can’t connect, and SEINō doesn’t offer API keys for the MCP server.

The questions below show what an AI client can answer through SEINō. Ask them in your own words: the AI client picks the dataset and metrics that fit your workspace.

Every AI client you connect is listed on your Profile, under AI clients. Each row shows the AI client, the workspace it has access to, when you connected it and when it was last used.

To end an AI client’s access, select Revoke on its row and confirm. The AI client loses access to the workspace within an hour. To use it again, connect it again.

A connection that the AI client stops using also ends by itself: when the AI client hasn’t renewed it for 30 days, it expires.

Each person can make 120 requests a minute on one workspace, and 300 a minute across all their workspaces. An AI client can make several requests to answer one question. Over the limit, SEINō tells the AI client how many seconds to wait before it tries again.

I connected the wrong workspace

A connection has access to the one workspace you picked when you connected. Revoke the connection under AI clients on your Profile, then add SEINō to the AI client again and pick the right workspace.

The AI client says it can no longer reach the workspace

Your access to the workspace changed after you connected, for example because you left it. Connect again and pick a workspace you can open.

Sign-in fails or says “Restart your connection”

SEINō couldn’t complete the sign-in request. Go back to the AI client and connect again. In Claude, check that OAuth client is set to Use Claude’s published identity (Recommended).

The AI client hit the rate limit

The AI client made more than 120 requests in a minute on one workspace, or more than 300 across all your workspaces. Wait the number of seconds the AI client reports, then ask again.

Why didn’t I have to enable AI Insights?

Enable AI Insights covers SEINō’s own AI. A connection sends your data to an AI client you chose, and you agree to that with Allow access when you connect.
