Custom integrations
Understand when a tailored data connection makes sense and how to request one
SEINō can connect data sources beyond the standard integrations. A custom integration is a tailored setup for a source or reporting need that the available integrations do not cover. SEINō support specialists help plan and configure it.
When to use a custom integration
Section titled “When to use a custom integration”Consider a custom integration when your team needs to bring in data from its own warehouse, connect another platform, or add a measure that your current sources do not provide. The right setup depends on the data you have and how you want to use it in SEINō. Check the Integrations overview first for an existing connection.
What a custom integration can add
Section titled “What a custom integration can add”Depending on the source, a custom integration can provide a dataset or add fields and results to an existing one. For example, campaign results can be enriched with data from another system when both sources have a way to match the records. The fields, matching method, and refresh schedule are defined for each setup.
How to get started
Section titled “How to get started”Contact SEINō support with the name of your source, the data you want to use, and where you want to see it in SEINō. If you know which identifiers could match records across sources, include those too. A support specialist can review the options with you and explain what access or configuration the connection needs.
